Three Months Old

Ellie-bear is three months old! She still very much likes to be swaddled but is getting too long for the swaddle blankets. Her little toes end up sticking out, which is awesome for me because it makes for easy access for kisses. I also believe that she has been conditioned that when I swaddle her, it means food is soon to follow! She rarely fights being put on a baby straight jacket. In fact, she puts her arms to the side and keeps them there, kicks her legs in excitement and flashes the biggest smile. Time to eat! Eleanor slept through her first movie, Ice Age: Collision Course . She slept most of our time at the beach for our Labor Day tradition, too. Eleanor is definitely an easy, happy-go-lucky baby. She easily falls asleep during car rides. She falls asleep to almost anyone from church willing to hold and rock her. Cooing and smiling are on full force. She will talk to anyone that gives her attention, even the "baby" on front-facing camera. And ever since I mentio...

Three Months Old

Amelia turned three months old on Monday! And she is growing like a weed. A chunky, happy  weed! She loves to flash her beautiful smile at everyone and enjoys baby wearing. We spent quite a few days outdoors this month and she almost always fall asleep in the carrier. Amelia is very strict with her bedtime. She wants to be asleep and in bed by 8:30pm! She is so opposite of her older brother whom we had to force to go to sleep (even to this day!). And Amelia still wakes up once or twice during the evening to eat but she immediately falls back to slumber. Kuya Nathaniel is still her favorite person and has even started to laugh out loud and giggle when he plays with her. I am so thankful that Nathaniel doesn't resent having a younger sibling because even at this very young age, I can already tell that Amelia loves him very much. Read One Month Old entry here . Three Months Old!

The last few days sure have been hectic so I am just now able to post these adorable pictures of our cute little three month old baby. But better late than never, right? These were taken close to bedtime so Nathaniel was not as cooperative :) I still have yet to capture a picture of the little one smiling to the camera :( He is just such a curious little boy that he gets so serious whenever a new item is brought up. Hopefully by next month we can share his smile with you! 3.15.10
