Amelia hates getting her toenails clipped. It is a wrestling match every time I have to do it. And yet when she saw me painting my toe nails as I get ready for our trip to SC and IN, she decided she wanted hers painted too. She even stayed still! They are a mess because she kept touching them while still wet but it had to be documented! I definitely have a girly girl in my hands. The nail polish is OPI Suzy Shops & Island Hops.

How does your daddy make you laugh?  I don't really know 5. What was your daddy like when he was a child? Maybe... kinda... cool? 6. How old is your daddy? Probably 65 7. How tall is your daddy?  6 (pointing at our growth chart ruler, which means 6 feet) 8. What is his favorite thing to do?  I don't really know either. 9. What does your  daddy  do when you're not around?  Watch football. Or whatever he wants to.

I didn't think Amelia could possibly get any cuter. And then she did! Once again, I am so glad Hubs stopped me from trimming her hair. Now, they are long enough to put in pigtails. She still needs a little clip to keep the bangs off her eyes. But seriously, how adorable is she?!

When Amelia wakes up from her nap and I am busy doing something, I usually asks Nathaniel to go upstairs and entertain his little sister. Today, I was finishing up cooking dinner. And this is what I saw when I came upstairs and peeked through the door. They were watching the digital copy of The Book of Life on my old iPhone 4.

Today was Nathaniel's last game for tee ball season. Afterwards, he and his teammates had a pizza party and awards ceremony with their coach to celebrate the season. He received a huge trophy, which Amelia immediately snatched up as soon as Kuya put it down to go outside to play. Totally fair, right?

Nathaniel's Pre-Kindergarten End of Year Program was this past Tuesday. They sang several songs and showed a lovely photo slideshow of the kids over the past school year. It was short but sweet and hard to believe he is already "sailing to kindergarten" next year. To say he is ready and excited would be understatement. We are so blessed to have a child that loves going to school.
